The ANIC Board met on the 18th January 2021 to evaluate the risks involved in going ahead with the ANC in March 2021.
In announcing the postponement of the ANC conference Chair Brendan Sidhu said that after careful consideration, and in light of the ongoing COVID-19 risks in Australia, the ANIC board has made the difficult decision to postpone the Australian Nut Conference from March 2021 to March 2022. Rescheduling the event will enable us to provide the experience that our delegates, partners, sponsors and exhibitors expect.
With the considerable investment for our sponsors and delegates it is important that we respect their support and ongoing commitment to the industry by supplying certainty and a safe event. Postponement, while regrettable, was seen as the most prudent and responsible course of action. ANIC remain committed and excited to host the conference in March 2022 and will provide more information throughout 2021 via direct contact and the ANIC website.
